Right now there are lots of paid to view video scams circulating the internet. Here at The Make Money Online Zone, we would like to inform you of the latest scams as well as giving you the chance to share your experience with others.
If you have seen an opportunity online that claims you can earn big money simply by watching videos then please take a moment to check out this page before getting involved!
What Are Paid To View Video Scams And How Do They work?
At the moment there are lots of duplicate websites all claiming that you can make easy money by simply watching videos. Whilst there are a few legitimate websites out there where you can make a small amount of income online, these scam websites are very different.
Example Taken From OgeVideo.xyz
The sites in question claim that you can earn big money by simply spending a few hours each day watching random videos. As you can see from the example above, these sites claim you can earn around $0.60 (per minute). That equates to $36 per hour. Not bad for a bit of part time income!
Unfortunately, these sites are completely fake and you will never get paid by them. The people behind these websites are not interested in you making money but rather in taking it from you instead.
The Websites All Look The Same!
An easy way to spot one of these scam sites is to simply take a look at the images on this page and our reviews that cover these scams. These sites all look exactly the same! Take a look…
In the above image we are showing just 3 examples of these scams. The sites all contain the same text, images and video with very few differences. In the above examples you can see that the only difference is the website name.
How Do These Websites Scam Money Out Of People?
Although these “Paid To View Video Scam” websites appear to be free of charge, the creators of these scams have a crafty method of getting money out of you.
Once you sign up with one of these websites you are expected to spend hours and hours in order to reach a minimum payment threshold. The minimum payment is $200. At $0.60 per minute this wont take too long. If only you could cash out.
You see, once you reach the payment threshold you will then be told that you must refer others into the program before getting paid. This causes many people to ask friends and family to sign up, and so the scam is spread further.
But even when you have watched hours of video and told all your friends and family about it, you will still not get paid! In fact, this is where the scam really starts!
How The Scammers Make Their Money
We suspect that the people behind these websites are making money from each and every video view generated by its members. Video views usually pay very little which is probably why these guys duplicate these scams so many times (see our list below).
But there is another way that these scammers make money and that is by selling referrals. Take a look at this comment that was sent in by one of our readers…
