Welcome to My Top Tier Business Review (MTTB). This system created by Matt Lloyd, founder of MOBE (My Online Business Empire) has been labeled as being an outright scam since its launch some time ago. You may also be interested to know that this system has been marketed on the internet under a different name. Its not clear if the original creator of the MTTB system was also responsible for the renaming and re-branding of this system or if it was the marketing efforts of an affiliate. “My Top Tier Business” is currently being marketed under the name of My Internet Success Coach by William Chase. Chances are that William Chase is just a fake name used by an affiliate to promote this system, but never the less this system is causing a bit of internet buzz once again and I have been investigating the reasons why this system is causing so much controversy.
What Is My Top Tier Business and how does it work?
My Top Tier Business is a premium affiliate marketing training package where you are required to pay $49 to apply for a position to join a one on one training system. In return you receive a 21 step tutorial and individual training from a marketing expert. This seems like an amazing bargain at just $49 as the sales page clearly states that you will also be earning some high end commissions.
During the application process you need to give several details that you wouldn’t normally do if you were just entering into any normal online training system. This system requires you to supply you name, address, email and most importantly they require your telephone number so that they can contact you with your 1 on 1 training. The individual personal training is a main selling point to this training method and is what tempts a lot of people to give it a try.
It will come as no shock to find out that nobody is turned away from the application process. The information that you supply will be used by your coach in the forth coming lessons to assess various things including how much disposable income you have!
After paying your fee to apply for a position you are then asked to arrange a call from your Coach, who is about to become your guide and best friend in the world of internet marketing.
The Problem With Sales People!
I don’t think that there are many people that enjoy being sold to over the telephone, however that is essentially what you sign up for when you enter into MTTB and that is what most people hate about this training system. By handing over your $49 you are entering into a training program that actually has some good points to it but is ruined by the fact that there are so many hidden costs. If you take a look at the 21 step program you will see that this looks like a pretty decent training course, especially for the price and with the one on one training. Take a look at the steps…
As you can see from the 21 steps, this system looks quite impressive and thorough. As a marketer its possible to guess what would be involved with a lot of these videos but what started to give this system a bad name wasn’t the fact that Matt Lloyd had left out any training material, it was more the fact that he forgot to mention the $1997 fee that you would have to pay in order to get past step 6! That’s right, step 6 is “how to licence a proven and profitable business”, unfortunately that licence is quite expensive.
Here is what Maurice has to say on the Warrior Forum after joining MTTB.
A Licence To Sell?
“My Top Tier Business” doesn’t end there either! If you are wealthy enough or crazy enough to take a chance and splash out the two grand on your licence, you are then able to go out and promote the very same products that you have learning from, including the licence itself, plus a lot more! Another thing that isn’t mentioned is the $99 per month that you have to pay once you are the holder of a MOBE licence!
This is in effect a pyramid scheme where you are only allowed to promote a product if you own it in the first place. And the list of up-sells within this training system goes on and on… The payouts of $15,000 commissions are only possible when you are so far into the system that you have spent in excess of $25,000, not to mention by this time you will also be required to pay a $299 per month fee as a titanium member! Wow!
The Big Question – Is My Top Tier Business A Scam?
The crazy thing is that the content within these training packages appear to be really great quality items with solid information that is definitely proven to get real results online. The system itself is one that has been used to great effect many times. There is no doubt that this training system will indeed produce real results because its based on real marketing techniques. The problem with MTTB is simply the way that it’s presented to its customers and the crafty way it goes about fooling them into purchasing more and more up-sells and add-on’s!
After researching My Top Tier Business, I have come to the conclusion that the way that the training website operates is what labels this system as a scam rather than the actual content within, which is a bit sad really. Surely as a business owner it would be better to have a good reputation as a quality information provider, rather than a scam artist!
Don’t have a spare $25,000 but want the same kind of quality training that gets real results without someone trying to sell you more products at every turn?
